Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador in our Legends Outlet Kansas City store. You will create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You will also keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable, personalized experiences. The role emphasizes using product knowledge, technology, and brand behaviors to drive loyalty while supporting an inviting store environment

Formación

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
