KnitWell Group, the parent of Ann Taylor, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Kansas City store. This role focuses on creating authentic connections with customers, guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations, and keeping the sales floor organized and welcoming.

Ideal candidates bring sales/customer-focused experience and a hospitality mindset, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and technology is a plus.
