LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will help keep the store inviting and well-organized, collaborating with your team to create memorable experiences on the sales floor.

In this role, you will use product knowledge to influence purchases, drive loyalty, and maintain brand standards while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
