Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the ultimate brand ambassador at our Charlotte, NC store. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and guide their shopping journey while keeping the sales floor organized and inviting.

Qualifications

Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized experiences.
Guide shopping with personalized styling recommendations.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
Keep the store organized and visually appealing on the sales floor.
