Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Naples, FL location. You’ll lead by example, coach the team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand’s fun, welcoming vibe.

You’ll support store leadership with daily operations, manage open/close duties, and drive sales while building a strong, service-oriented crew. Weekend availability is required and 20–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality with passion for vineyard vines brand.
• Strong sales, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store financial goals.
• Host events and communicate vineyard vines values to customers.
• Lead and develop crew with coaching and training.
• Open and close the store.
• Support store leadership in strategic managerial tasks.
