Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie in Pottstown, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests' day better. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet store needs while maintaining policy.

• Retail experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Adapt to Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns in line with policy while keeping the guest experience positive
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Uphold company policies and integrity in all actions
