Job summary

adidas seeks a customer-focused retail teammate on Bainbridge Island, WA. As brand ambassador you will engage customers, share our passion for sport, and uphold adidas values on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with your team to drive sales, manage deliveries and replenishment, complete training, and apply learnings to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. English communication is essential, and a proactive mindset helps you grow with adidas.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
