Job summary

adidas is seeking Leads who embody a Creator mindset to inspire teams and connect with customers. You’ll leverage retail experience to exceed expectations and represent the adidas Brand with passion and professionalism.

Availability must include evenings and weekends, and you’ll engage with diverse groups, leading discussions, learning quickly, and maintaining high attendance while delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every shopper.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months experience in retail.
• Advanced selling experience and product/retail understanding.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to operate PCs, POS systems and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with every customer as a Passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
• Guide store associates and lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Maintain high standards of performance and punctuality.
