Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. through Beyond Yoga seeks a part-time retail team member in Westport, CT who can deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards. You’ll leverage product knowledge to drive sales, maintain store presentation, and assist with inventory, POS duties, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Beyond Yoga products and brand.
• Excellent product knowledge to drive authentic selling and service.
• Able to meet or exceed daily store and individual sales goals.
• Comply with store security, safety and loss prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance per visual standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Perform store procedures in line with store policy.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive resolution; escalate with leadership as needed.
• Adopt new technologies and understand how tech improves customer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Home Office on community events to boost brand awareness.
