Pandora Mall of America is seeking a Sales Lead to fully immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to drive success and exceed sales goals while building lasting brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience in a high-performance environment, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking.
• Good time management; able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; flexible schedule.
