Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in-store to create an energetic, guest-focused shopping experience. You will represent the brand, engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, and promote AE & Aerie products while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, plus introducing the loyalty program and other channels. Must be 16+ and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce loyalty programme and other brand channels.
• Flex between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold company integrity and policies.
