Job summary

J.McLaughlin is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Charlotte, NC store. This role focuses on delivering the brand’s classic American sportswear experience, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through product knowledge and exceptional service.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will uphold the Culture of Kindness, assist with merchandising, events, and trunk shows, and maintain a welcoming, organized sales floor with a commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet goals.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador to develop client relationships.
• Provide exemplary client service in a friendly retail environment.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Use clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Assist with merchandising and store upkeep to maintain standards.
