Carhartt, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for our Maine/South Portland location to help drive exceptional in-store experiences. On-site role focused on delivering Carhartt’s brand story, maintaining visual standards, and engaging customers with warmth and knowledge.

You will work with a dynamic team to meet revenue goals, participate in training, and contribute to community events. Prior retail experience is preferred and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure proper product display.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Support leadership with operational standards and safe work practices.
