Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our company values with authenticity.

As the face of our brand, you will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic candidate who loves interacting with guests.
• Able to explain product details and suggest alternatives.
• Willing to learn the AEO Selling Model and brand standards.
• Experience working in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
