Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Estero, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll engage customers using the AE Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team in achieving goals.
