Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Estero, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who will bring the brand to life with every guest. You will help shoppers find products, share brand stories, and promote AE/Aerie loyalty with enthusiasm.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, with retail experience and a passion for AE & Aerie. You will work across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while maintaining brand integrity and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.
• Excellent communication and energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
• Uphold brand values and bring your REAL self to work.
