Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking a reliable Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brands across Phoenix and Tucson. This on-the-road role thrives on engaging with people, setting up and breaking down displays, and delivering a professional, high‑quality brand experience at every site.

Contract position, 20–30 hours per week, $25/hour, must be 21+, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Travel across the territory is expected, with open availability for a few hours weekly;

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory.
• Set up and break down displays, booths, or event materials at each site.
• Represent Copperstate Farms brands in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a punctual schedule and manage time efficiently across daily routes.
• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams.
• Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as needed.

Position Overview:

Copperstate is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassador to representour Cannabis brands across multiple locations in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride inmaintaining a professional and organized presence in the field. Experience in the cannabis industry is not directly necessary, but having a passion for the plant is ideal and will help you thrive in this role. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate — setting up and breakingdown on-site activations, promoting our products or services, attending events, and ensuring a consistentand high-quality brand experience.
