Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking a reliable, outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brands across Phoenix and Tucson. This contract, part-time role involves traveling between sites, setting up displays, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience for customers and patients.

The ideal candidate is at least 21, comfortable with a physically active on-the-go schedule, has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and can commit to 4+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory.

• Maintain a punctual schedule and manage time efficiently across daily routes.
• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams.
• Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as needed.

Job Description:

Location: Hiring for both Phoenix & Tucson positions. Travel may include outside of these locations

Job Type: Contract | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)

Position Overview:

Copperstate is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassador to representour Cannabis brands across multiple locations in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride inmaintaining a professional and organized presence in the field. Experience in the cannabis industry is not directly necessary, but having a passion for the plant is ideal and will help you thrive in this role. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate — setting up and breakingdown on-site activations, promoting our products or services, attending events, and ensuring a consistentand high-quality brand experience.

• Comfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environment
• Must have open availability for at least 4 hours a week
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work independentlyAn FA (Facility Agent) card is a plus

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position offering up to 20–30 hours per week
• Compensation is $25/hour
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be comfortable with a physically active role, involving travel, lifting, and setuptasks
• Ideal candidates are based in or familiar with the listed territories and have basic knowledge of the cannabis industry
