Copperstate Farms is seeking a reliable Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brands across Phoenix and Tucson. This contract role suits someone who thrives on travel, enjoys engaging with people, and maintains a professional, organized on-site presence.

You will set up displays, move materials up to 50lbs, coordinate with on-site contacts, and travel as needed. Prior cannabis experience is not required but enthusiasm for the plant helps you excel.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environment.
• Open availability for at least 4 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• FA (Facility Agent) card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple on-site locations within the assigned territory.
• Set up and break down displays, booths, or event materials at each site.
• Represent Copperstate Farms brands in a professional, engaging manner.
• Maintain punctual schedules and manage time efficiently across routes.
• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams.
• Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as needed.

Job Title: Part-Time Brand Ambassador (contracted)

Location: Hiring for both Phoenix & Tucson positions. Travel may include outside of these locations

Job Type: Contract | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)

Position Overview

Copperstate is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our Cannabis brands across multiple locations in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and organized presence in the field. Experience in the cannabis industry is not directly necessary, but having a passion for the plant is ideal and will help you thrive in this role. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate — setting up and breaking down on-site activations, promoting our products or services, attending events, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory

Additional Information

• This is a contract position offering up to 20–30 hours per week
• Compensation is $25/hour
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be comfortable with a physically active role, involving travel, lifting, and setup tasks
• Ideal candidates are based in or familiar with the listed territories and have basic knowledge of the cannabis industry
