Placements24 in Upington is seeking a Brand Ambassador Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will help build and manage a network of ambassadors who promote the company's products and values, recruiting, training, and motivating them.

You will develop strategies to maximize impact, create engaging promotional content, track performance, and coordinate ambassador events while upholding brand guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or event coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Passion for brand building and consumer engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategy for recruiting, onboarding, and training brand ambassadors.
• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship-building with the ambassador network.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials for brand ambassadors to use.
• Track and report on ambassador program performance, including reach and engagement metrics.
• Organize and coordinate ambassador events and activities within the Upington region.
• Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently upheld by all ambassadors.
