Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador for our upcoming Arrowhead Club. You will generate leads, engage the community, and drive presale memberships before the club opens.

You will represent Crunch at local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas, promoting offers and collecting leads. After opening, you’ll support front desk operations, converting leads into memberships and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifikationen

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach.
• Drive presale memberships by promoting Crunch's offerings.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to expand brand awareness.
• Walk several miles per day to engage potential members during presale promotions.
• Transition to front desk operations post-opening to support sales and service goals.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator.
• Organized, service-minded, and results-driven.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Team-oriented and professional with a positive attitude.
