Crunch Fitness is seeking a Brand Ambassador to help build awareness and engagement around new club openings. You will support pre-opening activities and collaborate with the management team.

In this role, you will engage with the local community, distribute promotional materials, and maintain an active social media presence while embodying the brand's friendly, professional spirit. This role may involve outdoor activities and standing for extended periods.

Formación

• Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
• General knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the Crunch brand in a professional and approachable manner.
• Assist with pre-opening outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
• Support the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and grand opening celebrations.
• Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand’s values.
