Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador to spark excitement for Crunch Fitness openings. You will engage the community, partner with local businesses, and canvass the area to generate member leads while modeling the Crunch Fitness brand.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting the brand, identifying leads, and representing Crunch at events. You’ll help maintain clean, energized spaces and plan pre-opening activities with a focus on signing up new members.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm.
• Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community.
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members in-club and in the field via guerilla marketing.
• Represent Crunch Fitness at community events; participate in street team activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all office and off-site areas.
• Set positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members.
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning.
• Tour potential members around the club to sign them up.
• Answer phone calls professionally and energetically.
