Job summary

LOFT in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, offer styling recommendations, and ensure the store looks its best. You will help create personalized shopping experiences and support a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You will use product knowledge, demonstrate hospitality, and operate the POS system to complete transactions while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
