Job summary

LOFT in Lansing, MI is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling advice and keeping the sales floor visually appealing and organized for a memorable shopping experience.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, stay informed on promotions, and support omnichannel services while upholding brand standards and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
