Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our values.

You will be the face of our brand, engaging guests and sharing your enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll use the AEO Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they’re looking for, promote our loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
