American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program to build lasting brand loyalty. In this role you will flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom, solving guest needs with a friendly, energetic attitude while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products that meet their needs with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
• Represent the brand with integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures.
