Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lima, OH. You will engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, delivering a friendly, high-energy shopping experience and adhering to store policies.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused with guest-first mindset.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
