Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, act as the face of our company, and proudly represent our values while bringing your REAL self to work.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, able to multitask during busy shifts.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold company integrity and policies.
