Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our home remodeling brand at festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows across multiple markets. You’ll be the public face, build relationships, educate homeowners about our products, and generate interest while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Flexible part-time scheduling allows evenings and weekends to fit events.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural ability to engage and connect with new people
• Reliable, professional presence in public-facing environments
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you'll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you'll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour
