Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is hiring Brand Ambassadors to support local events, home shows, and retail activations. You will be the face of Joyce in the field, engaging homeowners and introducing our sunrooms, windows, and baths while driving interest and scheduling consultations.

This is a fast-paced, social role where your personality and effort directly impact your success. This part-time, high-energy position offers a $17/hour base, uncapped bonuses on leads, and average earnings of $20-$25 per

Position Overview

Joyce is hiring Brand Ambassadors to support our presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working events, engaging with the public, and creating memorable brand experiences. You’ll be the face of Joyce in the field, helping introduce homeowners to our products while driving interest and scheduling consultations. Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour
