Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows in the Pittsburgh area. You will introduce homeowners to our brand and deliver a positive first impression, focusing on relationship-building, brand awareness, and exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you'll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you'll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20–$25 per hour
