Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to embody the luxury fragrance and home goods brand, delivering exceptional service and storytelling.

You will engage with customers, provide personalized consultations, educate them on product range and ingredients, and help drive sales.

This role requires flexible hours, a refined presentation, and a passion for luxury brands, with opportunities to participate in events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end brand environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand's image and values.
• Engage with customers, offering personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and per brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.

• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as retail demands.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the luxury nature of the brand.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
