Job summary

Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent a luxury fragrance and home goods brand. You will engage with customers, share the Diptyque narrative, and drive sales through outstanding service and brand expertise.

Responsibilities include visual merchandising, product education, and maintaining brand standards while building long-lasting customer relationships. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury products and Diptyque brand aesthetic.
• Strong sales acumen and results-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Actively engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them effectively to management.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
