This is a 1-year continuity program—same store, same rep, every 8 weeks—designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time.

Locations in New Jersey include Princeton, Deptford, East Hanover, and other sites. Training is paid, compensation is $24.00/hr, with weekly payroll.

This is a 1‑year continuity program—same store, same rep, every 8 weeks—designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Program Details

One hour in‑store visit, in priority order:

• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays (reference photos provided).
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post‑visit photos and reporting.

Locations (New Jersey)

• Deptford
• Princeton
• East Hanover
• Woodland Park
• Brick
• Iselin

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual)

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line—ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo and jeans (no rips or holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times—you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
