Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top national electronics retailers. This 1-year continuity program features the same rep in each store, with visits every 8 weeks to build familiarity with shoppers and staff.

• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers about the brand and product line to drive interest and understanding.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit, following training references.
• Check in/out on-site via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with branded attire and name badge.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times as the face of the brand.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before first in-store visit.

DESCRIPTION

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What you’ll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order)

1. Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
2. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
3. Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
4. Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.

Available New Jersey Locations

• Deptford, NJ
• Princeton, NJ
• East Hanover, NJ
• Woodland Park, NJ
• Brick, NJ
• Iselin, NJ

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual)

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.
