Job summary

Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking energetic Lead Appointment Generators at the Duluth Costco location. You’ll act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging customers about our HVAC, plumbing, and home service offerings and scheduling free in-home consultations with our sales team.

No home services experience is required—training is provided. This in-store, Wednesday–Sunday role offers hourly pay from $18, uncapped commissions, PTO, benefits, and career growth within a team‑oriented

Coolray is seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Lead Appointment Generators to join our team at the Duluth Costco location. If you enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning bonuses for your performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Lead Appointment Generator, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador for Coolray, helping customers learn about our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services while scheduling free in-home consultations with our expert sales team. No home services experience is required—we provide all the training and support needed to help you succeed.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-facing environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by both hourly pay and performance-based incentives.

What Will I Do?

• Represent Coolray professionally at retail partner locations and special events
• Engage customers in friendly, informative conversations about their home comfort and service needs

• Build strong working relationships with retail store leadership and staff

• Previous retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred but not required
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Ability to work independently and stay engaged throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, and text messaging for scheduling and communication
