Job summary

gorjana is seeking a stylist who serves as an ambassador in our retail stores, wearing, layering, and styling looks to demonstrate elevated customer experiences and product knowledge.

You will engage guests, share our styling language, operate the POS, support inventory, and collaborate with the team to build brand loyalty. Competitive wages, medical benefits, 401K, and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Love for the gorjana brand.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to open or close the store.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guests and deliver a warm, memorable customer service experience.
• Develop product knowledge to guide styling decisions and showcase gorjana collections.
• Leverage POS tech to support daily store operations and fulfill orders (BOPIS, SHIPSI).
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals while upholding store standards.
• Open or close the store and manage keys and alarm codes as needed.
