Job summary

gorjana is seeking a friendly, proactive stylist to act as a brand ambassador in our Alexandria store. You will greet guests, build product knowledge, and craft curated styling experiences using our jewelry collections.

You’ll help maintain a beautiful store environment and support BOPIS/SHIPSI while driving customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates love gorjana, can work varied shifts including evenings/weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay on their feet for long periods.

Qualifications

• Love for the gorjana brand.
• Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to open or close the store

Responsibilities

• Approach guests proactively in a warm and welcoming manner
• Develop expertise in gorjana collections to guide styling decisions
• Maintain floor standards and store environment
• Support BOPIS and SHIPSI orders for a smooth customer experience
• Open and close the store as needed
• Champion team selling and customer satisfaction
