Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a retail team member to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
