Job summary

Qualifications

• Professionally represent the brand and products in-store.
• Engage customers, offer samples, and support product awareness and sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe demonstration area during shifts.
• Less than 1 year of retail or customer-service experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching shoppers and speaking professionally.
• Ability to follow food safety and store procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude for busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, organized, and attractive product sampling station.
• Greet shoppers in a friendly, professional manner and actively encourage product trial.
• Prepare and distribute product samples according to established procedures.
• Explain basic product information, including features, benefits, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, hygiene, safety, store, and company procedures.
• Monitor sample and product inventory and complete basic activity, inventory, or sales reporting as needed.
