Job summary

MWBOR, operating as Midwest Bath of the Rockies, is seeking energetic Field Marketing Associates to explain our products to homeowners at stores and events around Boulder, CO. This part-time role offers 10–28 hours per week with potential to grow into full-time as needed.

You will travel to locations such as Costco stores and home shows, set up displays, engage customers, and schedule appointments using a consultative sales approach to build brand awareness and drive leads.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items.
• Outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation.
• Follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting MWBOR’s brand.
• Represent MWBOR at in-store events and home shows including planning, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing MWBOR’s value and expertise.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all MWBOR’s service and product offerings.
• Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
• Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other marketing-related tasks.
• Other duties may include supporting additional markets, training new team members, tracking and reporting on event results.
