Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/tech brand. This independent contractor role involves twice-monthly store visits, one hour per visit, with immediate start after certification.

As a key liaison between the brand and retail stores, you will ensure product quality, enhance brand visibility, and maintain a consistent presence across assigned locations. Transportation and a smart device are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with mobile reporting tools and apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Execute initial audits and follow-up visits, resolving issues and enabling visual merchandising progression.
• Assist staff with on-floor brand or display issue resolution.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
