Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate brand presence.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total store counts varying by market. This flexible role offers immediate start dates upon certification and serves as a strong supplemental

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Audits and follow-up visits, progressing to visual merchandising as needed.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
