Responsibilities

• Support setup, dismantling, and coordination of event sites.
• Welcome visitors, answer questions, and share product info.
• Assist the sales team during live events to enhance the customer journey.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments for readiness.
• Maintain a polished, professional event presence.
• Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and report to supervisors.
• Ensure branding materials are presented correctly at all times.
• Address on-site challenges to keep events running smoothly.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and admin follow-up tasks.
