Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and ready to build loyalty with every guest.

Role requires flexibility across store areas, strong guest service, and a commitment to our policies. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays while representing our REAL self at work.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Candidate must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done and maintain brand standards.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
