Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, help guests select items, share product knowledge, and promote the AE loyalty program.

You are the face of our brand and embody our values with your authentic self. The role requires energy, excellent people skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote AE's loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team to ensure a smooth store operation.
