Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life, provide customers with an amazing shopping experience, and represent our values with authenticity.

You will engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, introduce our loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can build rapport with guests.
• Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model with a 'friends first' mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity.
