Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and provide guests with an outstanding shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of AE, passionate about our products and building brand loyalty. You’ll move between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and handle guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest product options that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Adapt flexibly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in completing tasks and fostering teamwork.
• Act with integrity and always adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
