Job summary

Diptyque SAS seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent our luxury fragrance and home goods in a high-end retail setting. You will engage customers, convey the Diptyque narrative, and drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

In this role, you will educate clients on our range, maintain elegant visual merchandising, assist with inventory, and participate in events. The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for Diptyque aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Prior luxury retail or beauty background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury products and Diptyque aesthetic.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Professional presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, consistently reflecting the brand's sophisticated image and values.
• Actively engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them effectively to management.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
